Norman Comstock is the Managing Director for UHY Advisors. He joined UHY when his firm was recently acquired by UHY. Frequently asked to speak at associations and events, Norman has an MBA and an MIB from the University of St. Thomas. He additionally has the following certifications: CISA, CISSP, CCSA, CSOXP, CIA.

Program Director’s Note: Norman is a Thought Leader in GRC. He gives an outstanding presentation, breaking down complex subjects and introducing new ideas from which even seasoned IT executives and GRC professionals learn new perspectives. Of particular value are his process diagrams, and his Solution Quadrant. I can’t think of a better speaker for this special night.

Mr. Walker has 29 years at U of H in IS, Computer Operations, Help Desk & founded the IT Security & Disaster Recovery Dept in 1995 that deals with policy, incident investigations, forensics & remediation as well as network vulnerability assessment and intrusion detection – risk assessment. Take this Journey with us as he shares aspects of Compliance to PCI DSS by 80 vendors @ U of H by showing the inner workings of the university, which makes this task so challenging. You will be stimulated & your mind will come away with ideas that you can use now to prepare your organization for compliance & will show how vulnerable to identity theft we all are!!
